Did you know that nearly six million couples get engaged on Valentine’s Day? So, congratulations to all the happy couples recently engaged! We are so excited that weddings are back on the menu that we’ve dusted off our hats and even launched a beautiful new brochure!

Over the years, we’ve played host to hundreds of ‘I do’ moments, providing beautiful Kentish rural backdrop for your special day.  A wedding at Kent Life provides everything you need, all in one place, with a dedicated team helping you create your perfect day. Totally charming and set in the beautiful Kentish countryside, our 28 acres are home to gardens, orchards and unique period buildings which are all open for your guests on the big day.

It’s unlike anywhere else and truly offers a wedding experience with a difference. You and your guests can be collected by tractor and trailer… great for unusual photos!

To make your day totally unique and memorable, we can offer a selection of entertainment such as meet & greet sessions with one of our farmyard friends, use of our tug of war rope and giant wooden games – all great fun to get everyone involved! After hours, kids can roam free in the outside adventure playground area too!

We hold our wedding ceremonies at Ulcombe Village Hall, an authentic war time village hall, and the much-loved Old Pink Chapel, which was originally built in Cuxton in 1897. Both venues are situated around the rustic village green. Guests can decorate each area to their own taste and style, it is your wedding after all!

We offer quality, locally sourced catering with a vast choice of proper Kentish home-cooked menus, and there’s no chance you and your guests will go home hungry! Our Chefs will take pleasure in preparing your chosen menu and are flexible to suit your requirements. If you want something a little less formal, you can swap the four-course, sit down wedding breakfast for a luxury BBQ or enjoy a traditional British afternoon tea followed by an evening buffet. If you choose the Hog Roast option, our chefs will slowly roast it on show throughout the afternoon until ready for carving in the evening – great theatrics to wow your guests!

From the wedding orchard to the hop garden, and not to mention our furry farm animals, you will be truly spoilt for choice when it comes to unique photo opportunities.
