Here at Kent Life we’re dog-friendly, so when we say family day out, we really do mean ALL the family, even your four-legged, tail-wagging friends!

With so many people getting new puppies and rescue dogs over lockdown, we’re seeing increased demand for dog-friendly fun and days out for all the family (fur or no fur!), which is why we’re so pleased to be able to invite your gorgeous canine-companions along too – and we can’t wait to meet them!

Home to more than 200 farmyard animals, including sheep, pigs, horses, donkeys, goats, poultry, rabbits, guinea pigs, ferrets, ducks, geese and alpacas – we do ask that you could keep your pooches on short leads at all times so there’s no monkey business.

Dogs can accompany you on your stroll along our nature trail and around most of the attraction.  If you decide to bring your pooches with you, please clean up after them – you can ask for small bags in our Gift Shop and there are numerous bins located around the site for correct disposal.

Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed in the catering areas, Farmyard Friends area, the indoor play or the Kent Owl Academy (as they may inadvertently upset the birds). We may also not be able to admit dogs for some of our special events – please call and check in advance of your visit to avoid disappointment – 01622 763936.

We look forward to seeing you and lots of your lovely dogs at Kent Life Heritage Farm soon! Why not take a snap of your cute canines on their visit to Kent Life and tag us on Instagram? @kent_life_farm
